Buddy & Mentorship Programme
Buddy up. Build confidence. Thrive together.

At Neurodivergence Revived, we believe that everyone deserves support, guidance, and a safe space to grow. Our Buddy & Mentorship Programme is designed to pair neurodivergent young adults and adults (ages 14–35) with neurotypical mentors of a similar age. Each mentor acts both as a buddy—offering friendship and encouragement—and as a mentor—providing guidance and support with personal, social, and professional development.
How the Programme Works
- Matching:We carefully match neurodivergent individuals with neurotypical volunteers who are close in age, to foster natural connection and relatability.
- Role of the Mentor-Buddy:Each volunteer provides a balanced mix of companionship and guidance. They are there to listen, encourage, and support in areas such as building confidence, developing independence, navigating social situations, and exploring career or education pathways.
- Flexibility:Sessions and meetups are tailored to the unique needs and goals of each mentee, ensuring that the support feels natural, consistent, and effective.
- Accessing the Programme:
- Neurodivergent individuals (ages 14–35) can register directly through our website or send an email to neurodivergencerevived@gmail.com to be matched with a mentor-buddy.
- Referrals will also be accepted from a number of trusted partner organisations in due course.
